Exam period + Toby Rand <33
It's coming up exam period at my school, and I hate it. I hate the way people are always asking "Have you studied? Have you started studying yet? Are you serious, you've only done 23 hours worth of math? Oh my God, I've done 47 hours and I still can't master quadratics!" and that sort of shit. it really pisses me off. I hate the way people compare themselves to others to validate themselves. It drives me insane. *bangs head* I mean, I love my friends, don't get me wrong, but when exams come up, it's hard to be around anyone at my school.
My school. Stupid place. It's the reason why anxiety is the leading mental illness among teenage girls. The amount of pressure they put on the students to succeed, their expectations...it crushes so many people. You just watch as people crumble because they feel like they're failures because they're not perfect. Yet no one is. It's fucked up, it really is.
On another topic, I'm in lust. Again. With Toby. *huggles* I saw him on TV this morning and died. He has the most fucking gorgeous eyes I have ever laid eyes on. And he can sing and he's a man whore. Stupid badass. He dated the Playboy centrefold for October at one point. And then dumped her, because she was boring, although she was good to touch. And Juke Kartel, that band he belongs to (not his band, I hate when people say that) is awesome. Ah, he's such a larrikin. With a hot chest. Oh, but I'm so not superficial. And he's so sweet! Ah, SOWA Toby. Good times, good times.

Se7en's latest album, Se7olution, came out last Thursday, and I'm plugging it because I love Stacey and Rose. Hi-7! And he turns 22 on Thursday, so you better celebrate. *glares*
Good news folks! Supernatural has tentively been scheduled for a January 18 premiere! *dances*
And with that, it's time for me to study. Evs.
